1. Service Provision

OmegaMC provides high-performance digital server hosting utilizing local hardware in the Michigan region. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse of hardware resources, or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Recurring Billing & Cancellation

By subscribing to a plan (Coal, Iron, or Diamond), you authorize OmegaMC to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing Portal. No further charges will be made after cancellation, but partial months are not prorated.

3. Hardware & Uptime Guarantee

While we strive for 24/7 uptime on our Intel i7-14700HX infrastructure, service availability may be impacted by localized utility failures or severe weather events within Michigan. OmegaMC is not liable for data loss; users are encouraged to utilize our Automated Backup features.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate allocation of DDR5 RAM and NVMe storage resources, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted via support ticket within the first 48 hours of initial service activation.

5. Acceptable Use

Users may not use OmegaMC resources for unauthorized network scanning, DDoS attacks, crypto-mining, or any activity that negatively impacts the hardware performance for other clients on the Legion-Server node.
